This service delivery agreement (the "Agreement") is a legally binding contract between Qwazi Delivery and the customer (the "Customer") for food delivery and product services. The parties to this Agreement are Qwazi Delivery, represented by Michael Osei Akwasi, and the Customer.
In consideration of the mutual promises and covenants contained in this Agreement, the parties agree to the following terms and conditions:
- Service Provided: Qwazi Delivery agrees to provide delivery services from the restaurant or pickup location to the Customer. Services may be carried out using the company's personal vehicle or motorcycle, tablet, mobile phone, computer, or device.
- Term: This Agreement will be effective on the date it is signed and will continue unless terminated by either party.
- Compensation: The Customer will pay the amount agreed upon or electronically generated between the parties for the delivery services. The compensation rate will depend on factors such as time and distance, as well as the Customer's performance and payment history.
- Expenses: Qwazi Delivery will be responsible for all expenses incurred in connection with the performance of the services, including but not limited to vehicle or motorcycle maintenance, cellular device expenses, and insurance coverage.
- Responsibility: Qwazi Delivery will not be responsible for the taste of the food or mistakes made by the restaurant. Our responsibility is to ensure order accuracy and delivery with the Customer's hygiene in mind. Qwazi Delivery will provide the services in a timely, professional, and safe manner, observing general industry standards and delivering door-to-door from the restaurant to the Customer, subject to legal and logistical limitations.
- Cancellation Fee: A cancellation fee will be charged if the food delivery is cancelled after the grace period.
- Governing Law: This Agreement will be governed by the laws of Ghana, where Qwazi Delivery is located.
By signing below, both parties hereby enter into this service delivery agreement on the date of this Agreement.
